By downloading, installing, or using MandirTimes ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the App.
These Terms apply to all versions of the App available on Google Play and the Apple App Store. Use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
MandirTimes is a personal devotion app that provides a digital temple experience, including deity imagery, puja animations, prayer bells, ambient sounds, and customisable accessories. The App is published by VitoLoop and is available as a free download with an optional Premium subscription.
An account is not required to use the App. By default, all users are signed in anonymously. You may optionally sign in with Google to back up your subscription status across devices.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Google account. You may delete your account and all associated data at any time from within the App (Settings → Delete Account) or via our account deletion page.
A Premium subscription removes all ads and unlocks all temple accessories, animations, and content within the App. The following subscription plans are available:
Prices are set by the respective app store and may vary by region and currency. The exact price applicable to your account is always shown on the subscription screen before you confirm a purchase.
Subscriptions renew automatically. Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date. Your store account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period.
If a free trial is offered, it will be clearly indicated on the subscription screen before purchase. Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited upon purchasing a subscription.
You can cancel your subscription at any time through your app store account. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain Premium access until that date. To cancel:

All purchases are processed by Google Play (Android) or the App Store (iOS). Refund requests are subject to their respective policies:
VitoLoop does not directly process payments and cannot issue refunds independently of the app store.
We may change subscription prices from time to time. You will be notified of any price change through the app store before it takes effect at your next renewal. Continued use of the subscription after the price change constitutes acceptance of the new price.

All content in the App — including text, graphics, animations, audio, and software — is owned by VitoLoop or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our intellectual property other than a limited licence to use the App as intended.
Deity imagery and religious iconography used in the App are reproduced for devotional and cultural purposes. Redistribution or commercial use of any App content without written permission is prohibited.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the App or any part of it at any time without notice.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, VitoLoop shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the App, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App in the 12 months preceding the claim.
The App integrates third-party services including Google Firebase, Google AdMob, Google Play Billing, and the Apple App Store. Your use of these services is governed by their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the practices of any third-party service providers.
MandirTimes is a family-friendly app suitable for users of all ages. Children may use the App without creating an account or providing any personal information. The optional Google Sign-In feature is intended for adults managing a Premium subscription.
If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided personal information without your consent, please contact us using the details in Section 13 and we will promptly delete that information.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the Last updated date at the top of this page. Material changes will be communicated through the App or our website. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.
